August 10^th. – 14^th , 2009 in Pendaries, NM

Tom Black and Jean Chambers will be doing a team workshop.  Life head studies from models in character, Spanish ladies, cowboys, etc.  Also, painting animals from photographs.  Students will be able to choose which subject they want to work from or do a mix of both.  Even still lifes are allowed as long as you bring your own set up.

Demonstrations by one instructor daily, usually quick block ins but whatever is needed or required.  It’s not often that you have two instructors in a normal sized class so you’ll get lots of attention, see more demonstrations and see the similarities and differences of how they work. 

Learn how to put some excitement into your work and turn ordinary head studies into paintings that have a spark.

All levels are welcome.
